About the Event

******THE FINAL LOCATION Port Hudson Lake Conservation Area

Depending on how wonderful the sky is...we may stay longer!!!

We will join Tyler Schlitt Phographer as he takes us on a sky adventure watching the milky way and this should be a great night planned for a major meteor shower.   Tyler not only shoot stills of the sky, but lots of long time exposure videos.  If you have 2 cameras bring them.  He will share his knowledge.

Wide angle lenses in the range of 20mm (FX) is perfect.  Plus the wider the aperture....the better.  F2.8 or better will help.

These exposures will be long.  You will need a remote and a very sturdy tripod!    This means something that will not blow in the wind and is solid.  We do not recomend lightweight travel tripods for this event.  Call if you have questions.

This will be a great time for photographing the night sky!

Instructors, Stephen, Jorge, Mark and Tyler
