Dear St. Louis School of Photography community,
Your safety, as well as the safety of our staff, is most important to us. Below are some updates and reminders in regards to the current COVID-19 restriction orders for St. Louis County: • Business capacity: Since March of 2020 we have operated our business at a maximum of 10% Occupancy - This will remain in effect until it is safe to increase occupancy. • Call before entering - We have had this policy in place since May 18th, this remains in effect. We have to be able to keep capacity low and keep everyone safe. Please, if you wish to come into the store, come on over and call when you park so we can make sure the other customer is comfortable and if not, we can ask you to wait in your car until they leave. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK AND HAND SANITIZE UPON ENTERING. It is our goal to only have one customer per employee at a time to make sure mask wearing is done properly and social distancing is being followed. • Curbside Service: We offer curbside service for drop offs and pick ups. We have a mobile point of sale and can do an entire transaction via curbside. You can even call ahead to have us set aside product for you. • Virtual Instruction: We offer many group classes online through zoom. We also offer One-on-one Instruction virtual through zoom. We assure you, we can teach you just as well virtually as if you were in person. With the help of screen sharing, cameras and microphones...it will seem like you are here with us. • Studio Rental: Our studio is still available for rent by appointment only. We do require that all photographers and models pass a questionnaire screening and temperature check. PLEASE BE HONEST ON THE QUESTIONNAIRE - we have had people in the past tell us they are socially distancing and mask wearing only to see on social media they were not. DO NOT LET THIS BE YOU! Keep us and our customers safe. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES IN OUR STORE - You must also make sure to be wearing it properly (covering your nose and mouth). YOU MUST HAND SANITIZE UPON ENTERING - chances are you want to touch our products or the counter...we want to limit the spread of germs throughout our store. If you happen to come in our store and later (within 10 days after your visit) test positive for COVID-19, we would greatly appreciate a call since St. Louis County is having everyone do their own contact tracing. We will need to visit our security footage to deem if there was a potential exposure of one of our staff members. If you’re looking for more ways to protect yourself and your loved ones, check out the CDC website. Thank you so much for sticking with us. We look forward to continuing to support each other during these challenging times.
